Broccoligratäng

Summer in September- it is well absolutely wonderful!? I have unfortunately suffered the worst cold that really floored me. The first time in many years that I actually become completely exhausted and had been forced to stay home from work! But now I think it's on the mend!

Yesterday grilled husband and I made a delicious broccoli gratin! Creamy – god – just! Mayonnaise really lifted the whole! Try you too!broccoligratäng

  • 1 FRP frozen broccoli
  • 1 dl majonnäs
  • 1 dl creme fraiche
  • 1 ägg
  • grated Parmesan cheese and a little gouda cheese
  • spices to taste

Add the broccoli florets in baking pan and stir in the remaining ingredients,sv. I seasoned with garlic powder, chilli and herb salt

Finish with the cheese. In with the whole thing in the oven for about 20 minuter.
